Endurance racing between GT3 and GT4 modified vehicles

The Blancpain Endurance Series is known as a series of racing which is sponsored by two big European sponsors. This race features different touring cars which were modified from their original production. The cars that are modified for this sports car racing series would need to meet regulations that include the FIA GT3 regulations and the FIA GT4 regulations.

This sports car racing series has a goal and that is to show endurance racing between GT3 and GT4 modified vehicles. The Blancpain endurance series is similar to the Le Mans European series. This series is mainly sponsored by the company Blancpain, which is a company located in Britain that is a watchmaker company. This race series is also sponsored by the SRO group and the group Royal Automobile Club that is founded out of Britain.

When a racer is deciding to join in this race there are two main racing categories that their car fits into. These categories includes GT3 and GT4 cars. These vehicles will need to be modified for racing so that they will stand a chance against their other racing competitors. When modifying a vehicle the owner or the racer would want to make sure that their car lives up to the standards that Blancpain has set down for their racers.

Essentially the blancpain endurances series of racing consists of a three hour endurance race. This race series takes different elements that have been found in the GT Championship and brought it into their own series. These races are three hours long and are endurance races are held on different European race circuits such as the Silverstone circuit and the Monza circuit.

There are several different classes that this series breaks down into. Some of these classes include GT3, GT4, FIA, and Supersport regulations. The different classes are based off of these different types and reading the qualifications that this series needs to have will help a racer to figure out what class they belong to.

In 2011 the Blancpain endurance series has seen eighty seven years as an endurance event. This event has been free to the public to view and with this endurance series comes uniqueness. There was a twenty four hour Spa event which featured the drivers driving off into the sunset. Not only does that create a beautiful moment but it can also liven up the race.

The Blancpain Endurance series is a unique event which brings in cars that are fun to watch race. With the different events on different circuits it is no wonder that this endurance series bring in plenty of viewers. With different events, cars, and locations a viewer would not find themselves getting bored watching this series. The Blancpain Endurance series is a great event which has dedicated drivers, dedicated watchers, and this sport is greatly loved among its fans.
