The first round of the 2012 Super GT will start on 1 April 2012, at Okayama International Circuit. First time in joining the series, Audi will field 4 cars to compete in the Super GT. Hitotsuyama Racing team will field 2 Audi R8 LMS, apr Racing and Team GAINER will each field an Audi R8 LMS Ultra. All four cars will be participating in the GT300 class.
